Default Fox's Dexterity Build

Even though this build only works on a R/A, I posted it here, as it 6/7 consisted of assasin skills, and the playstlye comfines to that of a assasin. This build is based on the ranger elite skill, Experts Dexterity, which is only availble in the expertise line.

Expert's dexterity
E-5 R-12 C-2
Elite preparation. For 24 seconds, all your attack skills cost 150% more energy and recharge 15...64% faster. (attrib:expertise)

Often critisized for being useless in the ranger forum, this skill is far less then "useless" at the ranger forum, because most ranger attack skills recharge quick enough as it is. However, this is not true for assasins. Assasin skill with 12+ recharge times become a measly 4. 4 is a magic number, as a assasin with a attack rate of 1.33 will land 3 hits in 4 second. One skill that came to mind was horns of the Ox. Usaully used a a springboard for falling spider, with this skill, it become a 4 second recharging Kd. a every 4 second KD is VERY powerful, and that became the bases of my build

atrributes
expertise-14(10+4)
Dagger mastery-12
Shadow Arts-8

Since you use on rune slot for Sup expertise, and one for Superior bigor, that gives you 3 free slots. I usually run 2 attunements, and 1 vitae.

equipment
2 essential pieces are a normal dagger, with a 15^50 mod, etc, and a zealous with a +5 inscirption.

1.Golden Fox strike
2.Fox fangs
3.horns of the ox
4.experts Dexterity{E}
5.Shadow Refuge
6.way of the Lotus
7.Dash
8.Signet of resserection/Throw dirt/Death's retreat

Spammage is the bases of the build, often to kill a monk, 3-4 cycle may be nessecary, your energy can sustain 6 first, ise way of the lotus/experts dexterity, lotus will complelty cover the cost of the first chain/preparing, then you can cycle up to 5 time before your energy is depleted. Unlike Blades of Onslaught, a previous build that also relied on pressure, this one has not been tested in gvg, but due to some arena testing, it looks promising. It seems to shine in AB/Aspen the most, as you will find people alone many times, and this build will tear them up. Certain monk builds that spam healling, most notibly the Glimmer of light healling build make the most trouble for this build, but many "high in utilty" builds" are easily destroyed by this build, most notably the BLighter monks. THis build can also work for PVE, but swap out Horns of the ox for Deaths blossom, for a contuinous AOE DPS of 210, quite significant.

Of course, other chains work really, the key here is expert's dexterity, so feel free to experiment.
thoughts, suggestion, constructive critscism is welcome

Hmm the only thing I see that is slightly unsettling to me is the energy management.... Just like most mesmer mains with fast casting, which is essentially what this skill is, energy tends to drop quickly. Most assassin builds are very "reliant" on the extra energy from critical strikes. SR would cost like 12 energy and dash would have 12 as well. I like the idea but it seems very fragile to me.
